Remarks:
Ancey (1893d: 43) placed a ‘?’ before this name and indicated in the discussion on p. 47 that it should perhaps be introduced as a species.
Type evidence:
The NMW lot has an Ancey type label and a separate type locality label with unrecognised writing. Geret’s sales list confirms material went to Tomlin from
Ancey’s collection. The RBINS lot has a Dautzenberg label bearing the type locality and cotype written on it.
