Remarks
Wood & Gallichan, 2008:
Type material: Possible Syntype:- NMW.1955.158.24088 1 spec. (e)
Type locality: Lahaina, Maui [Baldwin]
Remarks: Not listed in Johnson (1996).
Type evidence: The NMW specimen is noted to come from Ancey’s collection by Tomlin and this is confirmed in the Geret sales list. The main label is Geret’s and bears the exact type locality but it does not state it is a type. It measures very close to the dimensions given in Ancey’s description. Although a specimen has been figured by Ancey he did not indicate a unique type in his text.
