Type locality: Kabylien bei Fort National
Remarks: Westerlund (1890b: 48-49) explicitly attributed both the name and description to Ancey. Ancey is therefore the correct author.
Type evidence: NMW has the only known type lot. It has an Ancey type label and is from Fort National. This complements the Geret sales list.
