Sunken, extends halfway to posterior margin.
Hinge:
3 cardinals in each valve. 2 anterior laterals in RV and 1 anterior lateral in LV.
Pallial Musculature:
Pallial sinus minute, tiny indentation.
Periostracum:
Thin, satin.
Colour:
White/brown/red/purple with pattern of streaks/spots/lines/rays/blotches.
